Our annual Book Week took place from 15th – 19th May. Our theme this year was ‘Horses’. Pupils from all classes enjoyed numerous visits from different people who work with horses. Aisling talked to the junior classes about her work as a riding instructor. Bryan Cooper talked to the senior classes about his work as a jockey. Rohan Wilson gave a talk about  how horses were used in history and Jessica Harrington talked to the whole school about her work as a trainer. We even had a visit from a polo pony! On the final day, Kate McMahon spoke to all pupils about what goes into writing a book and the junior classes enjoyed a Teddy Bear’s Picnic. Great fun was had by all!
